We usually ship the same or next day after receiving your order. We accept returns for unopened packages only.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship by your method of choice from our California warehouse for U.S. orders and from our U.K. warehouse for all other countries. Orders are usually processed the same or the next day.

Q: What is the return address and is shipping discrete?
A: Shipping is discreet with the return address of Fulfillment Center. We do not show the product name or business name on the outside of the package. The product is marked on the outside only with our SKU#, so for instance the Oral HIV Test is marked as ORAQ.

Q: Can I get a tracking number for my order?
A: In order to view the status of your order, please login to your account and view your order. Tracking information is automatically updated as it becomes available.
